Another wild night of ACE Asks, YOU Answer! Trivia at !

This one was a battle from start to finish, with teams constantly trading places and several teams ending rounds tied on total points. At halftime, just 4.5 points separated 1st from 7th, and heading into Final Wager there were only 9 points between the top five teams.

The biggest surprise of the night came in the Final Wager. A team that had been among the leaders all evening and held 1st place outright since halftime correctly answered the final question... but wagered too conservatively and watched several teams leapfrog them in the standings.

Meanwhile, B.A.D. and The Kids Aren't Alright both pushed all their chips to the center of the table, answered correctly, and were rewarded with podium finishes. A special thanks to Knuckles Pizza for providing this week's Envelope of Condolences prize, a $10 Knuckles Gift Card, which found its way to Trying Our Best.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Danger Dudley.

Born eight weeks ago, Danger lived a short but adventurous life. He spent his final days watching over ACE Trivia from the windowsill at Knuckles, posing for photos, and inspiring countless questions about why a potato was wearing a motorcycle helmet.

Danger Dudley never asked to be a hero.

He never sought fame.

He simply put on a cape, strapped on a helmet, and faced life with reckless potato abandon.

While his time with us was brief, his impact was immeasurable.He is survived by his fellow Dudleys, who have requested privacy during this difficult time.

If anyone has words of his life or pictures to share, please do so below.

In lieu of flowers, please finish in something other than last place.

An unexpected night of ACE's MINGO! Mingle at Pizza!

Mother Nature had other plans for Bags League, so with the courts unavailable and players already looking for something to do, we pivoted into a surprise MINGO! night.

Considering it was thrown together at the last minute, we had a pretty solid crowd early on. As the evening went on, attendance thinned out a bit, but those who stuck around were rewarded with some of the strangest prize selections we've handed out in quite some time.

Sometimes the best events are the ones nobody planned.

Thanks to everyone who rolled with the last-minute change of plans and helped turn a cancelled Bags night into a fun evening of MINGO!, laughter, questionable prize choices, and general chaos.

We started the evening with an absolutely packed house and a special delivery when our good friend Steven stopped by with a 8-week-old Danger Dudley! 🥔

As the night rolled on, some powerful storms began moving into the area. A few of our teams with longer drives decided to play it safe and head out before the worst weather arrived. Because of that, several prizes ended up being handed down through a bit of post-game lottery luck. Not exactly how we drew it up, but everyone had a great time and we made the best of a wild Wednesday night!
