Streater, you sold me out!!! I stopped the line to fry fresh cannoli shells three times, and there’s only one lonely crumb left that I’m eating right now. Thank you for an incredible day. If there’s another Streator event, I’d love to come back. Hope to see you soon! You all are Amazing!!! My cousin Zia Enza would be so proud!!! She taught me how to make cannoli by scratch 🫶♥️

ONICE Sicilian American Bakery is coming to Washington, Illinois on October 19th for a very special Halloween lineup of food trucks and other vendors! 👻🍂

We have so much in store for you, so mark it on your calendar — and circle it with a BIG marker! 🗓️

We’ll be bringing some great additions, special treats, and a few surprises just for the occasion. And we might even have a few friends joining in on the fun! 😉

Hi folks, we ran into an unexpected issue and won’t be able to make the event as planned. We’re sorry for the change and really appreciate your understanding. We’ll be at the West Peoria Farmers Market Wednesday afternoon, and Wednesday morning we’ll also be making special deliveries in Washington, Illinois for anyone who’d like to try our cannoli. Have you ever had an authentic, deep-fried Sicilian cannoli? Do you know what a cannoli actually is? We get asked that all the time, so we’re here to explain!

A traditional cannoli starts with a crisp, tube-shaped pastry shell fried until golden and crunchy, then filled with a sweet, creamy ricotta-based filling—the perfect combination of crunchy on the outside and smooth and creamy on the inside.

Cannoli originated in Sicily, Italy, and have become one of the most recognizable Sicilian desserts around the world. 🇮🇹

At Onice Sicilian American Bakery, we make our traditional cannoli with that old-fashioned deep-fried shell—the way this Sicilian favorite was meant to be enjoyed. Did you know the owner makes 16 different kinds of cannoli in 2 different styles? You never know what she’s going to bring to any event!

A huge THANK YOU to CORE of McLean and 6.6 on Route 66 for inviting us back for the second year! 🇮🇹It was a blast, as always! We loved meeting so many new friends and seeing some familiar faces again. Hopefully, we get to do it all over again next year!

We had quite a few people asking where we’re from and where they can find us, so here’s a little about us! ❤️

Onice Sicilian American Bakery primarily serves the Peoria and Bloomington areas and surrounding communities, with a strong presence in the Peoria area.

And we’re more than just our food trailer, the Cannoli Slanger! We operate an authentic Sicilian-American bakery, regularly create special orders, and offer delivery. For orders of $99 or more, we offer FREE delivery up to one hour outside of Bloomington or Peoria.

We’re also working on our website, which is set to launch in early November, so you’ll soon be able to check out more of what we make and order from us more easily!
