What a rush! The Jokers had a wild week. Thank you to SWAN Capital for having us catering 2 events and Janet Pitts Bills for her private function! We had a fantastic time serving almost 400 clients this week! We are blessed! Brad Dover and myself are great full to have the support from you all. Thank you to Joel Notestine and Lisa Rata Notestine for helping us with our craft. Ya'll made it gooder'..lol have a blessed day ya'll.

Some folks have asked Brad Dover and myself why we don't post much. You see, we are just humble folk and keep moving forward. There are so many great bbq businesses in our area. We just do our own thing. Pictured here, is just our signature beef we serve. This isn't for our food truck, but for a private event. Not pictured, is 90lbs of chicken as well as homemade mac n cheese, potato salad, bbq baked beans and salad and rolls! We like to stay personal! With every client, we offer so many options for our catering services. What we do off our food truck, is just the fast food version. Please consider us for any business party, employee appreciation, retirement, weddings, graduation or personal events!

Good morning! Well, yesterday when I said it was going to be a crazy week, we didn't expect to get hit harder! Lol we lost all power to our junction boxes and all our food was destroyed in or freezers and refers'.. discovered it late yesterday afternoon. We do have the electric company coming out later today to inspect and hopefully get fixed quickly. So today, we have to re-supply our stock and attempt to get things in order for a big function this weekend and hopefully can open back up tomorrow or Friday. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will update the situation ASAP.
