Services Include:
* Professional Wedding Day Coordination (up to 12 hours onsite), including timeline creation and acting as the main point of contact for vendors and guests
* Wedding rehearsal coordination in partnership with your officiant, including guiding and organizing the wedding party and family
* 2–3 in-person meetings, including a venue walkthrough to fully understand your vision
* Review of vendor contracts to ensure clarity on all day-of details
* Unlimited email communication from the time of booking
* Monthly check-ins to keep planning on track
* Creation and distribution of a detailed wedding day timeline to vendors
* Distribution of bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages
* Direction of ushers and assistance with guest seating and program distribution
* Ceremony lineup and coordination of the bridal party
* Assistance with organizing family and wedding party for photos
* Oversight of reception flow to ensure everything runs as planned
* Cueing musicians, entertainment, and key moments throughout the event
* Coordinating toasts and special announcements
* Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors
* Safekeeping of the marriage license for the officiant
* Monitoring and securing gifts and cards, returning them to you at the end of the evening
* Coordinating the collection and packing of personal items for a designated person or location
