Itβs a stressful thing hosting a party/event. Let me help you! There are lots of things to think about and consider when looking for a venue. Here are some βKEYβ things that you thought would never be Important when choosing a venue. (No particular order)

1β’ ALWAYS I mean ALWAYS ask does the venue allow you to set up early for your event nothing worse than scrambling to get stuff set up before your guest arrives.

No one wants to see long orange extension cords running through the venue because the one outlet the venue has is wayyyyyyy across the room. Your DJ will need power, food, bar, & and props needs power. Plus itβs a safety hazard for you and your guest.

3β’ Iβve never ran across this problem , but make sure there arenβt any noise complianceβs or limitations. Last thing you want is your event to be shut down because the venue has noise restrictions after certain hours.

4β’ Make sure the venue is accessible. If you are bringing in tables, chairs, food, decorations, DJ equipment etc. you want to make sure thereβs an accessible entrance that will make your life easier. Believe you me, you donβt want to be carrying the wedding cake π 3
