It is believed that Bohden attends all the parties we have had these past 2 and 1/2 years out there in the Barn. Not so!! He has had to watch ppl arrive though the kitchen window ( lacking social ques) and was so sad watching all the kids coming and going to the various parties. We did not feel it was right he be there at someone else's party whom he did not even know. Only during the last 30 minutes, when everyone migrated out for the out door activities did he get to go join in and then, not often. Rarely was he allowed to go before that. Understanding that the party was not " his" did not happen until the last several months. So since then, he has waited for the party that would be Bohden's!! He said that every weekend ! He is so exited. I know the weather will be at least cold if not dreadful, but it is warm inside the barn and if at all possible, we will not cancel his party!!! If you've received an invite though here or school, please let us know if you'll be there. Come wish him happy birthday even if you can only stay just for a while.
