Jessica and Kevin’s wedding at Newport Harbor Island Resort was pure joy from start to finish. It was part two of our back-to-back Goat Island wedding weekend with two incredible couples! We first met Jess and Kevin last November for their engagement session in Boston, squeezing it in just before the temperatures dropped. Even then, we could see how much they adored each other. They are the kind of couple that laughs easily, holds hands without thinking, and just radiates love. We knew their wedding day would be full of that same warmth and energy, and it absolutely was.

The whole day had such a cozy, romantic vibe from the rich maroon, deep purple and orange florals to the mid-century inspired glass table lamps that gave such a cool glow. And we can’t forget the espresso martini bar! Not only did it smell amazing but those drinks kept the dance floor packed all night! Haha! Jess has one of those radiant smiles that you can’t help but mirror and she was laughing from the moment we arrived to the second we left.

Jess and Kevin are the kind of couple who make everyone around them feel comfortable and happy. They’re funny, kind, and completely wrapped up in each other which makes our job the best kind of easy. It was such a treat to photograph them and capture a day that felt so full of love, laughter, and all the good stuff that makes a marriage last.

Victoria and Roger’s wedding at Belle Mer was such a joyful, emotional, and all around fun day! We had just met them a couple of weeks ago for their engagement session and right away we knew they were something special. They’re so natural together. The kind of couple that can make each other laugh even while crying happy tears which they did at the wedding... After their first look they shared private vows that had them (and us!) tearing up one moment and laughing the next. It was the perfect mix of heartfelt and lighthearted just like them.

Throughout the day it was easy to see how loved these two are. People kept saying that Roger is the life of the party and makes friends everywhere he goes. We believe it! With three best men and a huge wedding party on both sides the energy was incredible from start to finish. Everyone was just so excited to celebrate these two.

And we have to give a special shoutout to Victoria, a fellow Bravo girl after our own hearts. I couldn’t help but notice that in a recent Real Housewives of Orange County episode Jenn wore the same dress as Victoria’s second look but in blush! Clearly Victoria was ahead of the trend! Between her eye for style, their contagious happiness, and a dance floor that never quit, this wedding was truly one to remember.

Chris and Christine’s wedding at the Mashantucket Pequot Museum was one for the books! We actually met them a few years ago at Shrine in Foxwoods Resort (RIP Shrine) while our mutual good friend and DJ, Jason Dawson, was spinning that night. When they reached out about their wedding we knew it was meant to be... after all we’re all family in da CLERB! From the start of the day to the last song, everything about this celebration was pure energy, fun, and love!

Their story began on Tinder (proof that sometimes the apps do work!) and seeing them together made it clear that this was the real deal. Chris’s family even traveled all the way from Egypt to be there which made the day even more special. Guests were treated to an incredible surprise belly dancing performance that had everyone cheering and clapping along. Such a cool nod to Chris’s heritage!

And of course when your good friend is a DJ you know the party’s going to be wild! Jason brought out his smoke cannon (is that what it's called?! 🧓) for the couple to use and the dance floor instantly turned into a full on club scene. Chris and Christine were both bursting with excitement all day and we loved every minute of it! It was the perfect mix of heartfelt moments, cultural flair, and nonstop fun... exactly the kind of night that reminds us why we love what we do.

Jordan and Dan’s wedding at Belle Mer was straight out of a Love Story (and yes, that’s a Taylor Swift reference for Jordan). From the moment we met them at their engagement session we knew this day would be something special. They’re one of those couples who make everyone around them feel their happiness. Kind of like they have their own soundtrack playing in the background. Jordan, a true Swiftie at heart, brought all the sparkle and confidence of a main character on her wedding day. She was an absolute bombshell in her gown, and later stunned everyone when she changed into a sparkly Indian dress for the reception. Dan even matched her excitement with a second look of his own for their second reveal. It was such a fun and personal touch that showed just how in sync these two are. Together they looked incredible!

The ceremony was emotional and heartfelt. It was officiated by Dan’s brother who could barely get through his words without tears. He spoke beautifully about how the love Jordan and Dan give so freely to others is exactly what brought them together... a line that had everyone misty-eyed. The sentiment was so fitting for these two as they truly radiate kindness and joy.

The rest of the night was a blur of laughter, happy tears, and so much dancing. Jordan and Dan never left each other’s side, radiating the kind of joy that lights up a room. They are the kind of couple that makes you believe in fate and we couldn’t be happier that we got to capture their fairytale. Cheers to Jordan and Dan!

Sabrina and Liam were married on a beautiful Thursday in Newport with a heartfelt ceremony followed by a stunning reception at OceanCliff and the entire day felt like something out of a storybook! It all began at Providence College and from everything we heard in their vows and the speeches it was truly love at first sight. More than one person described them as soulmates and after spending the day with them it was easy to see why. Their connection radiates in the quiet looks they share and the way they light up around each other.

Sabrina looked absolutely stunning in her gown complete with romantic sleeves that made her look like she’d stepped straight out of a fairy tale. After the ceremony she and Liam took a little time just for themselves, driving off in her dad’s antique car to Brenton Point. It was such a sweet, cinematic moment... just the two of them, newly married, with the ocean breeze, photos snapping and a quiet chance to soak it all in before joining their guests at OceanCliff.

The celebration that followed was full of joy, laughter, and emotion. From the elegant details to the heartfelt toasts and a packed dance floor the day felt like the perfect reflection of who Sabrina and Liam are - romantic, fun, and completely in love. It was a true honor to capture a love story that felt destined from the very beginning.

Jason and Jacqueline’s wedding at Mount Hope Farm in Bristol was one of those days that felt extra special because of the journey we’ve shared with them. We first met them for their engagement session and to our surprise they showed up with an ultrasound in hand... Jacqueline was pregnant with their daughter, Amaya! Fast forward a couple of months and we photographed Amaya’s newborn session! This was the first time we had ever experienced the order of events as engagement session, newborn shoot and then the wedding. It was such a sweet reminder that love stories don’t have to follow a traditional order (because what year is it anyway!?) and we felt honored to be part of each chapter.

On the wedding day we reminded Jason and Jacqueline that the celebration was about them but of course little Amaya had her own way of stealing the show. At just five months old, she charmed everyone who laid eyes on her and it was so sweet to see the joy she brought to the day. Their love for each other was already so clear but watching the three of them together made the day feel even richer.

Jason and Jacqueline are truly some of the kindest and most thoughtful people you could meet and those qualities were spoken about over and over in the heartfelt speeches shared by family and friends. It’s clear that Amaya is so lucky to grow up surrounded by their love, and we couldn’t be happier to have been there to capture such a meaningful day for this beautiful family.

Taylor and Josh were married at the always stunning Belle Mer and we’ve been looking forward to this day ever since their engagement session over a year ago. From the moment we met we clicked instantly. It turns out we all share the same sense of humor which made photographing them so much fun. That easy connection carried right into their wedding day making it such a fun day full of joy and lots of personality!

The whole day was filled with laughter, lighthearted moments, and the kind of energy that makes a wedding so fun to capture. Their family and friends were incredibly kind and welcoming which made us feel like part of the celebration rather than just behind-the-scenes. Josh wore his heart on his sleeve. He teared up during their first look and again at the ceremony while Taylor’s sweet nerves only added to the emotion of the day. It was so touching to see just how much this moment meant to them both.

From the jokes to the happy tears Taylor and Josh kept the day full of love and joy. They’re a couple with so much energy... Josh in particular was practically a moving target at times haha but that’s what made documenting their story such a blast. Their wedding was the perfect blend of fun, emotion, and beauty and we’re so grateful we got to be the ones who got to capture it all.

Becca and Brendan were married at Mount Hope Farm’s Cove Cabin and their day was as beautiful as it was full of personality. Becca is a planner through and through. She nailed every detail and made sure the day ran seamlessly. We had a list of “must-take” photos and we have to give them credit because they pulled groups together faster than almost anyone we’ve ever worked with! It was clear how much capturing these moments meant to them and as photographers we love couples who value the photos just as much as the experience.

These two were also an absolute joy to be around. Their day was filled with happy tears. From their sweet first look to the ceremony to even just posing for photos with friends... the emotions were flowing! One of our favorite moments was during the ceremony when Brendan joked about being excited to call Becca his wife…in his best Borat impression. Needless to say “my wifeee!” had everyone cracking up and will definitely go down as a ceremony moment to remember.

The design of the day was gorgeous! Greens and pinks with rattan lanterns strung under the tent, countless glowing candles, and a massive champagne wall to kick off the celebration. And we can’t forget one of our favorite little details which was obviously the cat inspired signature cocktail sign for their furbabies! If you know us you know we are crazy cat ladies! From the heartfelt tears to the laughter and “Borat moments,” Becca and Brendan gave their guests (and us!) a wedding day to remember.

Meghan and Tom were married on Friday at Owl's Nest Resort in New Hampshire and it was such a joy from start to finish. They are truly two of the sweetest people you could ever meet. We first got to know them at their engagement session and immediately fell in love with them... and from the stories and speeches we heard it seems like everyone who meets them feels the same way. Meghan has this incredible way of making people feel seen and special and it’s just as clear that Tom is head over heels for her. During portraits they couldn’t stop whispering “I love you” back and forth. Marisa and I kept giving each other looks as to say "How cute are they?!" Even when a quick rain shower rolled in just as the ceremony was starting they smiled through it all. By the time they exchanged vows the sun was shining down on them.

One of the sweetest parts of their story is their baby boy, Keegan. Born prematurely he has already proven himself to be such a fighter and it’s clear that the love and strength of his parents have carried him through. Seeing Meghan and Tom not only as a couple but as a family made the day all the more meaningful. Their love story isn’t just about the two of them. It’s about the beautiful little family they’ve built together.

This wedding also felt like a reunion for us with familiar faces everywhere we turned. Several of the bridesmaids and guests were from weddings we’ve photographed in the past which made the day feel extra special. Everyone welcomed us with so much kindness that it felt less like work and more like spending time with friends. By the end of the night, our hearts were just as full as theirs.

Emily and Greg were married at the beautiful Newport Beach House this past weekend. From the very first phone call with Emily we knew this was going to be something special! She’s one of those people who’s instantly easy to talk to... funny, sweet, and so genuine. When we finally met Greg at their engagement session it all just clicked. Not only were they the perfect match for each other, but we felt like we’d known them forever. We talked and laughed with them until the sun went down and after that session we couldn’t wait for the wedding.

Their wedding day was nothing short of a celebration. Emily and Greg made it clear that their priority was spending real, meaningful time with each other and with their guests. And with a guest list as full as theirs there was no shortage of love and energy in the room! The design was vibrant, colorful, and full of amazing details that matched their personalities perfectly. Everywhere we turned there was joy, beauty, and laughter waiting to be captured.

What stood out most though, was the way people spoke about Emily and Greg. Again and again we heard stories of how after Emily met Greg she opened up a new part of herself. Friends and family shared how they could see the happiness radiating from her and how Greg brought out her best. It was so clear in every smile and every moment they shared on their wedding day... This was a love that not only connected them, but lifted everyone around them too. Congrats to this beautiful couple!

Nicole and Tyler tied the knot at The Bohlin in Newport and it couldn’t have been a more fitting venue! With boats docked all around the setting perfectly captured that classic Newport charm. Every detail of the day was beautifully thought out. No surprise since Nicole is a master planner (something we experienced first hand and heard mentioned more than a few times during the celebration!). She had the entire day mapped out to perfection and it all came together seamlessly.

One of the highlights was slipping away to The Elms for portraits. Wandering through the gardens (or should I say prominading?!) we felt like we had stepped right into an episode of The Gilded Age. The elegance of the estate paired with Nicole and Tyler’s easy connection made for some of the most timeless photos. Back at The Bohlin, the celebration was full of personal touches from an espresso martini station to a traditional Italian cookie bar which is a nod to Nicole’s roots that made us feel right at home.

Beyond the details and the stunning backdrops what stood out most was Nicole and Tyler themselves. Their love is obvious in the way they laugh together, the way they look at each other, and how natural they are side by side. Surrounded by family, friends, and all the beauty Newport has to offer they gave their guests a wedding to remember and gave us the honor of capturing every unforgettable moment.

Emma and Sam were married at the always stunning Glen Manor House and this one felt extra special for us! Emma’s parents, Polly and Mike, are the talented florists behind Robin Hollow Farm. We’ve worked alongside them countless times over the years and they’ve become dear friends. So when they told us their daughter was getting married and that they wanted us to photograph it… well it felt like winning an Oscar in the wedding world. 🥹

Getting to meet Emma after hearing so much about her was such a joy and seeing her with Sam we could immediately tell they were perfectly matched.
From the stories shared in the speeches we learned that Sam is someone who approaches life with a lot of thought and careful consideration but Emma was the easiest “yes” he’s ever made. Their sweet first look was full of emotions and from that moment on the day unfolded in a beautiful blur of love, laughter, and connection.

Emma and Sam surrounded themselves with an incredible team of vendors, many of whom we know and love, so the whole day felt like a reunion of friends old and new. Between the heartfelt moments, the gorgeous florals (of course!), and the energy of everyone there it was the kind of wedding that fills your heart and reminds you why we adore what we do.
