On my days off from catering events, I delight in cooking up a storm at home for my loved ones. My experience in Tuscany, Italy, where I attended two cooking classes, was truly life-changing, and I fell head over heels for the pasta called Pici, I happened to have 1 pound of it left in my freezer, a sweet reminder of my trip . As I cook, I'm filled with fond memories of Italy and inspired to combine the finest ingredients - fresh garlic, plum tomatoes, white wine, olive oil, and fresh shallots. Adding some succulent local shrimp takes it to a whole new level, and I must say, it's absolutely divine. Ciao.
