This one's hard to write.

Last week, one of our man lifts went out on a rental and never came back. The renter has stopped answering our calls. We've filed a police report and are working with both the Paw Paw and Kalamazoo police departments.

For a small, local shop like ours, that's a big hit. But, it's not slowing us down. We've been growing our equipment lineup so you can get more of what you need right here at home, and we're going to keep doing that.

To protect that equipment, and to keep adding more, we'll be starting refundable security deposits on some rentals. The amount depends on how you pay, and you'll get it back when the equipment comes back.

We've always run Paw Paw Rentals on trust, and honestly, we hate to add this. But it's how we make sure we're still here, and still growing, for the people who count on us.

Labor Day Hours: We will be closed on Saturday the 5th and Monday the 7th. All weekend rentals can be picked up on Friday afternoon, returned Tuesday morning and will just count as a 2-day rental. Delivery is available as well for reservations booked by Wednesday of this week.
