NOW HIRING — ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Lights Sound Action is looking for an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and help keep our office and event operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering phone calls and emails
Gathering event information from prospective customers
Preparing quotes, contracts, and invoices
Maintaining customer and project information
Coordinating with the operations team regarding upcoming events
Handling general administrative and office duties

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working with computers and business software, and be able to manage multiple projects at once.

Customer service experience is preferred. Experience in the event or rental industry is helpful but not required.
