I need to know what these tour bus employees did at this restaurant because this sign is way too specific. 😭🚌

“All TopView Sightseeing and Big Bus employees are banned from our establishment.”

BANNED.

Not “please be respectful.”
Not “employees must follow rules.”
Just straight-up banned from the whole place.

What happened in there that made management print a full sign and tape it to the wall?

Did they keep crowding the place, cause drama, take up tables, argue with staff, or was there one incident so bad that the whole company got blocked?

Because you know a sign like this does not appear for no reason. Something definitely went down, and now I need the backstory.

Who has the details?

Bye bye, FedEx. 😭📦

Yesterday was officially my final day as a FedEx driver, and honestly, I’m feeling nothing but relief right now.

That uniform is off, the badge is done, and I will not be dealing with another peak season this year. 🫩☝️

Do people even understand how brutal peak season gets for drivers?

The long days, the endless stops, the heavy routes, the weather, the pressure, the nonstop packages — it wears you down fast.

I’m grateful for what the job taught me, but am I sad to be walking away before another holiday rush? Absolutely not.

Would you blame me for being happy I got out before peak season hit again?

Because right now, this feels less like quitting and more like surviving.

MacBook Air 13-inch M3, 16GB/256GB for $749.97 — did I actually snag a good deal? 😭💻

I picked this up from Costco in Newark, CA on May 23rd, 2026, and it was literally the last one left. It’s the MacBook Air 13-inch M3 in Midnight with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage.

I wasn’t even sure if I should grab it at first, but seeing that “last one” sign had me feeling like I needed to decide fast. For $749.97, it felt hard to walk away from.

Is this a solid price for the M3 Air with 16GB RAM?

Would you have bought it too, or should I have waited for a better deal?

Curious what everyone thinks because I’m hoping I didn’t just get caught up in the Costco clearance excitement.

If you do this, don’t be surprised when you get a 1-star review. 😑🍕🚪

My order showed up about 35 minutes late, but honestly, I wasn’t even upset about that. I could see it was a stacked delivery, and hey, I have a microwave. Things happen.

Then the driver got lost, so I even helped with directions despite GPS usually having no problem finding my house.

On top of that, I left a 40% tip — over $15 — because I figured it would help cover the extra miles and effort for our personal pan pizzas.

But then came the delivery...

The food was placed directly in front of the outward-opening storm door, making it impossible to open without knocking everything over. And to top it off, the driver rang the doorbell even though the delivery instructions clearly said not to.

Why? Because it woke up the baby. 😭

At that point, all the patience and understanding I had completely disappeared.

Am I wrong for expecting drivers to at least read the delivery instructions?

How do you block a door with the order and still think that’s a successful delivery?

And if someone leaves a generous tip, is it really too much to ask for the basics to be done right?

WELP… no tip, no food. 👏🏼🤷🏼‍♀️

I don’t know how many times people need to hear this, but if nobody wants to pick up your order because the payout makes no sense, then guess what? It sits.

And today? I ended up with a because that Filet-O-Fish meal was just sitting there with nobody coming for it. 😭🍔

Maybe next time, add a tip and your food might actually make it to your door.

Because really, what do people expect drivers to do when the order isn’t worth the gas, time, or miles?

Are drivers supposed to lose money just so someone can get hot food delivered with zero appreciation?

Hope that helps. 🤷🏼‍♀️

And this right here is what happens to orders when people don’t tip. 😭🍔

They just sit there.

I was picking up an order and happened to look over at another bag that had clearly been sitting for a while. The employee was like, “Yeah, no one ever came for that one.”

Tell me why that order had been sitting there since 4:30 in the morning… and I was there around 10. 💀

At that point, is the food even food anymore?

I get that tipping culture is a whole debate, but this is the reality with delivery apps. Drivers see the payout, and if it doesn’t make sense for the gas, time, and mileage, they’re probably not touching it.

Can you really blame drivers for skipping orders that don’t pay enough?

People think their food is just magically going to get picked up no matter what, but if nobody wants the order, it sits. And sits. And sits.

So now I’m wondering… would you still order delivery without tipping, knowing your food might just sit there for hours?

If anyone uses DoorDash, you might want to check Staples right now because this deal is actually kind of crazy. 😭📦

They currently have these 27-gallon storage totes available for delivery, and three of them come out to only $8.99 total.

I ended up ordering nine totes, left a tip, and paid around $42 altogether. For nine big 27-gallon totes delivered? That feels like a win to me.

Where are you finding storage totes that size for that cheap right now?

These are the exact ones we use in our garage for storage, so I made sure to select the refund option if they didn’t have these specific totes in stock. I did not want random substitutions because these are the ones that actually work for what we need.

Does anyone else do that too when ordering deals like this, or do you let them substitute?

Definitely check your DoorDash Staples options because deals like this usually do not last long. Would you grab these for garage storage, holiday bins, or just general organizing?

I spent $87 at the grocery store on Thursday putting together a care package for someone who said she was struggling, and honestly… I’m still sitting here trying to process what happened. 😭

I met her through a crafting group on the Tedooo app where we both sell handmade stuff. She posted about having a rough month — bills piling up, trying to choose between groceries and supplies for her small business — and I felt bad.

I didn’t make a big show of it. I just messaged her privately, went to Target after work, and filled a box with food.

Fresh vegetables.
Chicken breasts.
Pasta sauce.
Snacks.
Fruit.
Sandwich stuff.
Things I would want if I was having a hard time.

I drove to her apartment Friday morning, left it at her door, and texted her that it was there. She replied “thanks,” and I actually felt good, like maybe I helped take one thing off her plate so she could focus on restocking her Tedooo shop.

Then ten minutes later, another text came through asking if “next time” I could get different stuff because she doesn’t really eat the brands I picked.

Organic chicken.
A different pasta sauce.
Name brand crackers instead of store brand.

I sat in my car reading it three times because I genuinely thought I misunderstood.

How do you receive free groceries that someone paid for, delivered to your door, and immediately start criticizing the brands?

I spent money I made from my own Tedooo shop, used time I could’ve spent making inventory, and tried to do something kind. And instead of a real thank-you, I got a grocery preference list for “next time.”

I’ve always tried to support other sellers — buying from their shops, sharing their work, giving advice, showing up when people say they’re struggling. My mom always told me to be the person who helps.

But at what point does kindness start feeling like people just expect it?

Nobody seems to value effort anymore. They notice what wasn’t perfect before they appreciate what was done for them.

So yeah, I’m done being the nice friend for a while. I listed craft supplies on Tedooo yesterday that I was originally going to give away to struggling sellers, and I sold them instead.

Does that make me selfish, or am I just finally tired of being treated like my help is never enough?

Just finished a DoorDash delivery, and honestly, I’m sitting here shaking my head. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Do people seriously think a $20 tip is some life-changing amount where they need to leave a little note saying, “Hope this was enough”?

I drove across town, sat in traffic, waited at the restaurant while they took forever finishing the order, and then had to hunt down this person’s apartment in one of those complexes where none of the buildings are clearly labeled.

Finally get the food to the door, and yes, the customer left a $20 tip.

And before people start yelling — yes, I saw it. Yes, I know some people think that’s good. But when you actually break it down with gas, time, mileage, wear and tear on the car, waiting around, and driving all the way across town, it’s not always what people think it is.

Why do people assume drivers should be doing backflips over a tip without knowing what the delivery actually took?

Customers want VIP service, constant updates, hot food, perfect timing, and for us to magically find their door in an apartment maze. But drivers are supposed to smile and act grateful for whatever number comes through the app like the job didn’t take real time and real money to complete.

Maybe I’m the only one who feels this way, but sometimes it seems like people have no idea how much goes into these deliveries.

Is $20 really “amazing” if the whole delivery took an hour and sent you across town?

Next time, maybe tip according to the actual work involved and leave out the little apology note.

I just finished a DoorDash delivery, and I’m still sitting here shaking my head. 😭

Do people really think a **$40 tip** is some life-changing amount that needs a note saying, “Hope this was enough”?

And yes, before anybody starts…

I saw the tip.

I know a lot of people are going to say $40 is generous.

But when you actually break down what goes into one delivery, it’s not always as simple as looking at the number by itself.

This order had me driving across town, sitting in traffic, waiting at the restaurant because the food wasn’t ready, and then wandering around one of those confusing apartment complexes where every building looks the same and the unit numbers make no sense.

By the time I finally found the place and dropped it off, that $40 did not feel nearly as big as it probably looked on paper.

Because there are real costs behind every delivery.

Gas.

Time.

Mileage.

Wear and tear on the car.

Waiting around.

Parking.

Walking around trying to find the right door.

All of that adds up fast.

And that’s the part customers don’t always see. They see “$40 tip” and think the driver should be over the moon. Drivers see everything it took to actually earn it.

What really gets me is the expectation.

Customers want fast delivery, perfect communication, no mistakes, hot food, smooth drop-off, and zero issues every single time.

But if a driver even questions whether the pay matched the effort, suddenly that driver is ungrateful.

I’m not saying people shouldn’t tip.

I’m saying there is a disconnect between what sounds generous from the customer side and what actually feels fair after the gas, time, stress, and work are all factored in.

Am I wrong for thinking that, or do people seriously underestimate what one delivery can actually take?
