It’s only January, but I’m already looking forward to 2026 dahlia season and sharing a little more roadside joy with you all! 💐✨

I can’t believe that this is the end of another dahlia season.

I added some bouquets to the flower stand this morning that I was able to make last night. These may be the last bouquets for the year!

This was a tough year for dahlias, not just for me, but also for many dahlia growers along the east coast. We had a very wet spring, but long stretches of high temperatures with no rain over the summer. Although I planted more tubers than ever before, some of the dahlias did not develop blooms at all or developed substantially less blooms compared to previous seasons.

Despite the challenging weather, I still whole-heartedly enjoyed every second of picking blooms for wrapped bouquets, arrangements, and orders. Thank you to everyone who follows along on social media. Thank you to everyone who has stopped at the flower stand and also to anyone who has taken the time to return jars to the stand!💕

The flower stand will remain out for the next week or two if you would like to drop any jars off!🫶🏻 (Jar return is totally optional ☺️)
