🍔 Okay! So the kids talked me into letting 1 friend each come over! So I tapped into my inner Deirdre’ Kline and made them her famous hamburgers but with my own twist! Well you know blasting Sunday Jams while cookin makes the food taste better! But as I was recording, I didn’t know the music would be still playing in the video cause it usually stops! So when I went to put the reel together the timing of the music was beyond perfect so I didn’t even need to add music to it! HALLELUJAH 🙌🏾 oh and the kids Loved them! Mine is the lettuce wrapped one! I couldn’t finish it! 🍔

In Honor of MLK Jr. Day, I thought I would make a southern meal for my Fam ✊🏾 Baked Chicken, Smothered Cabbage w/ Smoked Sausage, Creamy Mac, Buttery Cornbread, and Black Eyed Peas (it was my first time and I made them in my instant pot. I must say they are 🔥) 😋

It’s been a while since we posted, but the McCoy’s have been CRAZY Busy. We teamed up with Rada Pickens Charles Famous for her “Smokey Charles Pastrami and Smokey Brisket Sandwiches and did a 2 week catering gig at our local Power-Plant, Chef Larry McCoy hooked up breakfast and some amazing Pulled Pork.
