Weddings like this don’t just happen. ✨

They’re months of late-night ideas, creative collaboration, vendor relationships, and inspiration found in the most unexpected places. They’re a thousand little decisions made long before the wedding day ever arrives.

I get the question: “Can you just come in and set everything up?”

The truth is, day-of coordination alone doesn’t create this. By the time we’re 30 days out, the vision is designed, the vendors are booked, and the details are thoughtfully coming together. The magic you see on a wedding day like this has been happening behind the scenes for months.

And sometimes, it’s the smallest details that mean the most. The chartreuse outline on the invitation echoed on the seating chart. The envelope liner that ties into the thank-you note at each place setting. Details so subtle that maybe only my bride notices… or maybe only I do. 🤎

But that’s the beauty of intentional design. Nothing feels accidental, even when everything feels effortless.

The wedding day is the reveal. The magic happens long before.

And that’s why I don’t just coordinate weddings. I create them. 🌿

The other day, my beautiful bride’s mom told me she’s still so happy they chose to do this for Lex. Nearly three years later, it’s a memory that still means so much.

One of my favorite wedding moments was revealing the ground floral arrangements at the ceremony. Lex had no idea they were there, and seeing her reaction made it all worth it. It was such a meaningful touch that added so much beauty to an already unforgettable day. 🤎
