Just a heads up ✨✨✨

The Flower Daddy will be CLOSED next Monday, and I’m going to try to take the week off 😅

It’s honestly been a LONG couple of months. Prom season came EARLY this year and usually May is the month that almost takes me out… but somehow April took the cake 😭💐

Between proms, weddings kicking off, Mother’s Day, events, and everything in between… your favorite florist needs a little reset.

This will NOT affect weekly accounts all weeklies will still be delivered on their normal schedules!

Thank you all for keeping me busy, supported, and slightly sleep deprived 😂 I appreciate y’all more than you know!!

✨ Throwback Thursday ✨

Long before The Flower Daddy was ever a business… it started in my grandpa’s flower shop Petals & Buds, right here in Parkersburg. 💐

It was full of flowers, plants, annuals, perennials, fresh-cut arrangements, and even artificial cemetery sprays. After my grandpa my mom carried it on. 💚

My mom was a single mom, so guess where I went every day… right to the flower shop with her. 🌿

As a kid I knew the name of almost every plant in that shop. I knew what needed shade, what loved full sun, and I was obsessed with watching arrangements come together. My mom would put me to work cutting roses and ribbons before I was probably even tall enough to reach the counter.

Crazy to think The Flower Daddy started years later as just a hobby and an Instagram page… and somehow turned into all of this. 💐✨✨
