We’re getting ready to Take Flight with the first-ever Meet Me on Market this Friday, May 16 — and the Parkersburg Art Center is in the heart of the action!

From 5 to 7 p.m. (and a little later if you're still exploring), the Art Center will be buzzing with:

💧 Watercolor painting with Lynda Rhodes
🖍️ A free kids’ craft thanks to the Solid Waste Authority

This is just the beginning—our downtown neighbors are planning live music, pop-ups, and plenty of hands-on fun. We’ll even have a bingo-style scavenger hunt for your chance to win prizes!

Looking for a creative way to spend Spring Break? Stop by the Art Center gift shop for drop-in Make-and-Take Crafts, running Tuesday through Saturday, April 1-5, from 10 AM to 5 PM. No need to register—just come in, get crafty, and take home your masterpiece.

Upstairs on the Mezzanine, unleash your imagination at our LEGO Build & Display Zone. Whether you're an architect in training or just love to build, this space is yours to create something awesome.

Donations are welcome but not required. Just bring your creativity and enjoy a week of hands-on fun!

TODAY IS THE DAY! Camp Creativity Registration Opens!
Camp Creativity is all about fun, learning and artistic exploration! We have camp weeks for ages 4-18.

Camp Creativity provides a wide variety of visual arts experiences. Students explore various mediums, techniques, artistic styles and learn about the work of famous, and not-so-famous, artists. Lesson plans for each week are different so children can sign-up for more than one and enjoy a fresh experience. Meet new friends in a safe environment with expert creative guidance.
Spark imagination, build confidence, and create unforgettable memories!

2025 Camp Dates
Mini Camp (4-5 years): June 9-13 and August 4-8
1st-3rd grade: June 16-20, June 23-27, and July 14-18
4th-6th grade: July 7-11 and July 28-Aug 1
Teen Clay Camp: June 30-July 3
Teen Mixed Media: July 21-25

Refund policy: A $10 online processing fee will be applied to all refunds. No refund will be given 10 days prior to your scheduled camp. SO CHECK YOU CALENDAR before you register :-)

Thanks to funding provided by Henry Logan Children’s Home Foundation, need based scholarships are available for those who qualify. Send email to inquire to [email protected]. Application for scholarships must be received and approved before registration. Scholarships are not retroactive.
