Mid-Ohio Valley Wedding Officiants, LLC I am a full-time professional wedding officiant licensed in WV and OH. I also serve KY. Two and-a-half years later, I became ordained. I'm also a photographer.

After my husband and I eloped in lieu of having a wedding, I loved the experience so much that I thought I’d like to officiate weddings one day. I wanted to have a side business to help my photography business during the down seasons. I officiated my first wedding when I turned a portion of my photography studio into a wedding chapel June 2018. I didn’t expect this “side service” to become my full

-time passion. After officiating my first wedding, I was hooked. Mid-Ohio Valley Wedding Officiants is now a full-time business. Since then, I have fully immersed myself into the wedding industry. I have a home-based office outside of Belpre, OH. I offer a pre- and post-marriage assessment to couples that will give important insight to help couples create life-long love. It's the highly-rated and successful SYMBIS assessment. I graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Master of Arts in English. My background is in counseling, as well as a 17-year teaching career in English, literature, and public speaking. Currently, I operate Mid-Ohio Valley Wedding Officiants full time and teach English as a Second Language to students in China and Hong Kong. You can check out some of my work at deblorentsphoto.com. Hi, everyone. There are some changes coming to Mid-Ohio Valley Wedding Officiants. I've decided to attend graduate school again, and I will be limiting the number of venue weddings I'll officiate from mid- August through mid-December. I'll also limit travel to the Mid-Ohio Valley. If you'd like to book me for a venue wedding during those months, contact me as soon as possible.

I will continue to officiate sign-and-go ceremonies, elopements (short, sweet, and hitched), and simple home weddings through the end of the year. Same-day options will continue to be available.

I've recently changed my work schedule, which means I have Fridays off. I have open availability on Fridays until mid-August. I'll likely offer some specials here and there. (Graduate school is expensive!) Stay tuned for updates.
