Give Away Time! Still haven't decided on running yet? Here is a little extra incentive! We have teamed up with Swift Running US and Aaron Burros () to giveaway two pairs of Swift Running Shoes! Anyone registered by June 1st will be eligible for the random drawing after the race.

We are excited to have Aaron Burros ()—a runner whose resilience has inspired us. Just over 7 years ago, Aaron was shot five times while saving the lives of his coworkers. Running became his way to heal, to rebuild trust in himself and others, and to live—not just survive. Since that day, he has completed 50 marathons in 50 states in 50 weeks, raising $50,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

He shares his philosophy as a coach: “Running is therapeutic, not therapy” and reminds us that “People are my Medal Monday.” Aaron will also be signing his book "Medal Monday" on Saturday before the race.
