✨🎊• It's finally official •🎊✨
The new owners are stepping in as the next stewards of this property.
There truly aren’t enough words to thank everyone who has lent a hand, shared a kind word, or offered encouragement along the way. To the people who became like family, and to the couples early on who trusted two kids who had no idea what they were doing - thank you.
We never set out to own or run a wedding venue. Looking back, there are so many moments I wonder how we even got through it - and the truth is, it wasn’t us. It was God. There were so many times it didn’t make sense, and it was hard...really hard. But somehow, every time, He provided. Through the kind words of strangers, the vendors who became like family, and the people who showed up for us without even realizing how much we needed it.
The last five years have been more than a rollercoaster. Getting married, working full time, starting a business, helping to run the farm, renovating a house - it was a lot. But we saw the potential in this barn five years ago and fell in love with it so quickly. We didn’t know what we were doing or what we signed up for, but we gave it everything we had. It was a leap of faith, a lot of late nights, a lot of unknowns, and somehow, it became part of who we are.
It was also such a privilege getting to be a small part of so many wedding days. Being there to capture those moments meant more than I can put into words, and it sparked a love for photography in me that I never would’ve found otherwise. The barn also grew a love in me for things I never expected—planting trees, landscaping, stained glass, laying stone… all the little details that slowly turned this place into what it is. In so many ways, it gave back to me just as much as I poured into it.
As time went on, we knew something had to give. We are both so passionate about growing my husband’s family farm, and after a lot of prayer, we knew it was time to move back and pour into the farm more.
Letting this place go is one of the hardest things I have ever done, because it was never just a business to me. It was always special. That’s why, when it came time to sell, nothing else mattered except finding the right people. We prayed hard for the right couple. The ones who would truly care about this place and continue what we started. Our goal was to make sure this place ended up in the right hands.
And I can honestly say, I believe it did. That was what we prayed for from the very beginning and we can't wait to introduce them to you all!
We got to be a small part of this place’s story, and that’s something we will always be grateful for. Thank you for the trust, the support, and for being part of it with us.
❤️ Sarah & Zach
