✨ Exciting Update from The Parker House on Main ✨

While we’re still putting the finishing touches on our space and don’t have a confirmed opening date just yet… we’re getting closer every day—and we couldn’t be more excited!

In the meantime, we are now accepting reservations beginning November 2026 🎉

As construction progresses and we gain a clearer picture of our completion timeline, we will absolutely open additional dates sooner and update our calendar accordingly.

BIG THINGS (and a LOT of carpet) are happening at The Parker House on Main ✨

We officially kicked off one of our biggest projects yet — removing ALL of the old carpet to make way for something fresh, clean, and beautiful. And let’s just say… it was a process.

Think:
👉 layers of history
👉 a little dust (okay… a LOT of dust)
👉 and a whole lot of elbow grease

But underneath it all? Progress. And we are SO excited for what’s coming next.

Every step like this gets us closer to creating a space that’s ready to host your celebrations, your gatherings, and all the special moments still to come ❤️

You won’t believe this is the same room…

The restroom at The Parker House on Main has gone through a pretty incredible transformation.

BEFORE:
This space originally served as a mechanical room with basic tile flooring and the furnace exposed.

IN PROGRESS:
A lot of demolition, cleaning, floor leveling, plumbing, and installation work (plus plenty of sweat equity!).

CURRENT:
New patterned flooring, vanities, mirrors, and fixtures are now in place and the space is really starting to feel like a proper restroom.

CONCEPTUAL IMAGE:
The final photo is an AI conceptualized image showing how the finished space could look once everything is complete.

We’re not finished yet — we still need to install the restroom stalls and the furnace enclosure — but seeing the progress from where we started is pretty exciting.

We are so incredibly grateful for the interest in renting The Parker House on Main. The excitement and encouragement from our community truly means more than you know.

At this time, we are not yet available for rentals and don’t have a definitive opening date. As many of you know, this is a labor of love for us — and progress happens in between full-time jobs and as funding allows.

Every improvement you see is being done thoughtfully and intentionally so that when we do open, the space is beautiful, functional, and ready to serve Parker City and the surrounding communities well.

Please keep following along as we continue the transformation. We cannot wait for the day we officially open the doors and welcome you in.

🧱 A Little History Revealed at The Parker House on Main 🧱

As we’ve been cleaning and refreshing the brick walls inside The Parker House on Main, we discovered something pretty special. Years ago, when the building was home to Gymnastica, students wrote their names in chalk along the brick walls.

We’ve spotted several names and couldn’t help but smile… especially when we found our daughter, Molly.

Progress isn’t always pretty… but it’s happening. 💪✨

This week at The Parker House on Main, we’re removing layers of old, peeling paint from the tin ceiling to let its vintage character shine through. Messy work, big transformation!
