Our summer has proven to be busy! We've been planning weddings, dinners and lunches. Last week we had the pleasure of serving a group from Cloquet, MN. They were on a "field trip" and required a coffee break and "Brown Bag Lunch" With great care Melissa and I prepared coffee cakes, muffins and lemon coffee cake all served with Caribou coffee!. For lunch we served our famous chicken salad on a light and fluffy croissant. For dessert they were served fresh strawberries and an espresso brownie! All that and bag of chips! Below is the note UCC received from our clients.

“I just want to let you know that everything was absolutely great last Thursday. The morning treats were really good (the cinnamon coffee cake disappeared fast) and the lunches went over really well. One person told me it was the best field lunch he ever had! I think it was too hot that day for much coffee drinking, but that's how it goes sometimes.

I also loved the presentation with the accessories in the picnic basket.

Thank you again for providing such great food to our group!”
