Setup is where the event begins.

Before the crowds arrived at Silver Lake Park for the City of Erlanger Summer Sendoff, our team was getting everything ready for an afternoon and evening of entertainment.

From setup and soundcheck to making sure the DJ/MC coverage was ready for the event, there’s a lot that happens behind the scenes before the first guest arrives.

The stage was getting ready, the sound was being checked, and the team was making sure everything was in place for a full day of music, community, and entertainment.

This is the work that happens before the show and it’s all part of creating a smooth event experience.
