Important Update

After many wonderful years of hosting celebrations, we have made the decision to sell our wedding venue.

What began as a small venture has grown beyond what we ever anticipated, and it is time for us to step into a new chapter.

Please be assured that the venue is being sold as an operating wedding venue. Any new ownership will honor all existing contracts in full. All booked weddings and future reservations will proceed exactly as planned, with no changes to your scheduled date, agreed-upon services, or arrangements.

We are committed to ensuring a smooth and seamless transition. Your special day remains our highest priority, and we will continue to provide the same care and attention throughout this process.

Wild Coyote Ranch has survived the winter, and is now ready for the weddings! The owners have been out working hard preparing for this year. Frank is not letting the current weather today stop him from having fun!😂

It’s finally here!! We are finally ready to show off what has been going on at Wild Coyote Ranch and share some gorgeous updates! Our outdoor ceremony spot is complete with new grass and the most beautiful benches to really complete your special day! Landscaping is taking shape as much as we can in-between all the snow days and never ending rain lately.

If you have viewed or toured the venue in the past, come check it out again! Feel free to drive by and see how gorgeous this really is! (Our weekends are quickly filling with weddings, so try to drive by during the week, as to not disturb the guests and parties!)

Howdy y’all!!

Things at The Venue at Wild Coyote Ranch are shaping up! Keep an eye out for new photos once the weather clears up enough to take some good ones!!

Also just a quick update on our facility: At this time, we will no longer be booking for parties (birthdays, baby showers, Etc). For those that have already booked, don’t worry!! Your date is still set and we are ready to rock and roll! We will keep everyone updated once we decide to open that back up! If you are looking to hold something special though, please feel free to message us and we can see what we can do!

Good Morning Everyone!!

Here at The Venue at Wild Coyote Ranch, there has been lots going on! Here are some updated photos! The grass is finally starting to sprout and it has never looked more beautiful! 😍 Just a few new things to note:

- Many people have been asking for updated pictures or to just see the place! Feel free to come on by and check it out! All we ask is that if you drive by to see it, please do not drive on the grass anywhere on the property! The address is 3804 Russell Road, Park Hills, MO. I also have the address and phone number for the Venue on the main page!

- Due to the many bookings we have already received for weddings, our party/event packages (not weddings) have changed a bit! We will now only be doing parties or events Sunday at 12 to Thursday’s. Pricing is also set at $300 for an event.

Just a reminder that we are still accepting bookings for Weddings for next year! Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
