So happy to do this wedding today! I coached track & field several years ago at Lexington Catholic High School and the bride today was one of my athletes….Always smiling, always positive. She’s marrying her high school sweetheart who was also on the same track team. The first wedding I ever did with this business happens to be her sister’s wedding which was 8 or 9 years ago. All weddings are special, but this one was a little “extra” special. 😊I hope Anna & Drew have a blast at their wedding and enjoy a very happy life together.
I didn’t take photos of the full event set up but hopefully I’ll get a few shots from the photographer.

I’m not entirely ready for the Wi******er Farmers Market & the Oktoberfest tomorrow, but I’ve done all that I can do for now. Here’s what I’ll be bringing. (But I’ll also be making more fall wreaths throughout the day)@…

*The last of the cherry tomatoes & some heirloom green tomatoes
*Fodder shocks & cushaws-LOTS of them, but they won’t arrive for the early market, I’ll have them from 3 pm -8 pm for Oktoberfest
*Watermelon radish bunches (spicy!)
*Decorative gourds, butternut squash, white decorative pumpkins and sugar pumpkins
*Red and russet 🥔 potatoes-stock up and store them in a cool dry location
*Sweet potatoes
*Chicken & turkey eggs
*Gorgeous fall flower bouquets
*Fall wreaths, various sizes, different designs
*Chile & cayenne peppers for drying- make your own spice
*Banana peppers
*Fruit rollups & sun dried tomatoes

Beginning the fall wreaths for this weekend’s Oktoberfest/Fall Festival in Wi******er Saturday, September 26th beginning at 8 am til 12 noon for the Farmers Market on Depot Street. There’s a brunch at 10 am at Bell and Company and then Abettor Brewing is hosting the Oktoberfest in partnership with the Wi******er Clark County Farmers Market from 3 - 8pm. There will be over 50 vendors selling all kinds of crafts and goodies with some live entertainment as well. I’ll be posting more pics as I get these wreaths completed. Mark your calendars!

I’ll be heading to the Wi******er Farmers Market in the morning with the following:
*Red Pontiac & Yukon gold potatoes
*Pink heirloom tomatoes
*Slicer variety tomatoes
*Bumble bee, artisan blush, gardeners delight and cherry tomatoes
*Amish paste tomatoes
*Early half tall Brussels Sprouts
*Small pie pumpkins (sweet) purée and keep in your freezer
*Jade green beans
*Late summer flower bouquets
*Cushaws- all sizes. I have a huge crop so am taking orders for any Saturday in September. Great for pies, soups, roasting
*Cucumbers
*Patty Pan squash
*Sun dried tomatoes
*Fruit rollups - peach, apple, sour apple, pear, apple/pear
*garlic
*Turkey & chicken eggs -free range/organic feeds
