Reni + Dottie || A Dream Snow Duo

Our photo sessions in the snow and ice continue; this is our third year in a row, only she's somehow more beautiful than ever, and much taller this year. She's wearing a dress that was mine. One of my mom's favorite dresses she ever put me in. Of all the things of mine she kept, this outfit may be my favorite! I'm already looking forward to taking these again next year!

I've been pretty quiet on social media lately, but felt like it was a good time to break my silence with a post to celebrate this STUNNING, Mama to be. The Parsons happen to be one of my favorite couples to have ever had the privilege to create a wedding film for, so it was truly an honor to get to capture this moment in time for them as they approach the arrival of their precious boy.

I'm a day late, but I was busy enjoying all the mamas in my life and my own kiddos, but I hope all of you amazing mamas out there enjoyed your Mother's Day weekend! I couldn't help but want to share this magical session of Carly and Ella.

The joy of being a mom is like nothing else in life, and I want to thank each and every one of you that has supported my business the past (almost) ten years. I started this business because I was hoping to become a mom soon at that point, but that dream ended up taking several years to come to fruition, and in the mean time I worked on building and growing this side hustle turned full-time job. At the time, working an 8-5, the thought of not being able to stay home with my child/children was unbearable for me. I would do anything to have more time with them and they didn’t even exist yet; time, after all, is our most valuable currency, and I felt that to be the most important thing I could achieve approaching motherhood. Little did I know, it would be impossible for me to work once the triplets came along. The past decade has been a rollercoaster from trying to have a baby, to finally having my first child, experiencing loss, finding out about the triplets, almost losing them, getting them here safely only to have someone else put them in jeopardy when I couldn't give them what they needed. Being a mom is HARD, it's rewarding, challenging, amazing, emotional, FUN, and so much more. It's my favorite title though and I'm so thankful for it. Whether you are on your journey to becoming a mom or in the everyday trenches of trying to get it right, I am thinking of you and praying for you!

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU ALL for letting me capture your most precious memories and allowing me to be a stay at home working mom to my babies. I could never thank y'all enough.

I haven't been very active posting on social media, because I have been focusing on editing non stop and trying to get caught up on all of my current projects and of course, being a mom. lol

I love you all and here's to all the moms out there who make our worlds spin around.
