💍 Wednesday Wedding Tip 💍

✨ Don’t underestimate your setup time! ✨

That gorgeous reception you’ve been dreaming about doesn’t magically appear! 😂

Between setting up tables and chairs, arranging centerpieces, laying linens, building dance floors, and adding all those little details, there’s a LOT that goes into transforming a space.

A few things to remember when planning your wedding:
🤍 Ask your venue when you can access the space.
🤍 Make sure you allow enough time for setup before guests arrive.
🤍 Have a plan for who’s responsible for each part of the setup.
🤍 Don’t forget to account for deliveries, vendor arrivals, and those last-minute details!

Your wedding day should be about enjoying the moment, not stressing over whether everything will be ready in time! 🥂

That’s why having a setup team and a solid timeline can make such a difference!

Wednesday Wedding Tip: Hire a DJ. 🎶

It doesn’t have to be the most expensive DJ with all the lights, giant speakers, fog machines, and bells and whistles.

But it does need to be someone whose only job is to play your music.

Don’t choose your cousin with a Bluetooth speaker and call it good. 😂 Because then YOU (or your coordinator) will spend the night tracking him down to play the song for your first dance, bouquet toss, grand entrance, last dance, etc.

Now, if your cousin with the Bluetooth speaker is willing to sit at his “DJ table” all night, keep an eye on the timeline, and be ready to play whatever song is needed…

Have at it. 😂

But if he’s planning to mingle with his friends and family, dance, eat, drink, and enjoy the wedding too… he’s a guest, not your DJ.

Your wedding day has enough moving parts. Let the person whose actual job is to play the music worry about the music.

So, hire the DJ. 🎤🎶

With all this rainy weather, it’s a good reminder that having a good crew really pays off. 🌧️

Ceremony inside? No problem.
