A couple weeks ago, I had the opportunity to create a grazing board for the BNI Paragon group and sit in on their meeting - and wow, the energy in that room was electric! The conversations, the encouragement, the passion for business and communityā¦ it was the kind of environment that reminds you how important it is to surround yourself with people who align with your goals, mindset, and values.
Success really does breed success. The people you connect with matter. When you build relationships with driven, supportive, like-minded people, it pushes you to grow in ways you canāt always do alone.
