We are hiring for a PERMANENT full time position with management capabilities. 30+hr per week. This position asks for excellent customer service skills, POS cash register experience, learning to smoke meats, prep food, performing routine general cleaning and washing dishes, and a functions of our shop, trailer, catering, and stand.
The shifts will vary based on event schedule.

COMPENSATION:
Minimum $15-20/hr wage PLUS tips
