We had the pleasure of serving the World Livestock Auctioneering Championship attendees at their kick-off barbecue last night. Once again, we teamed up with the Shelby County Cattlemen to serve a yummy meal. And we did a little creative appetizers. Anyone else see the irony of creating a grazing table in a feedbunk? Lol.

Some of you may know about my bad luck while on vacation in January. I am finally going in for surgery tomorrow for a knee replacement to take care of my torn ACL and horrible arthritis in that knee. 🏨🩼

My wonderful crew will be manning the ship while I am out of commission. Please be patient with them as they juggle their responsibilities and mine. Thank you Laura, Rose and Theresa! You guys are awesome!

And, you, our customers, are awesome, as well! Our 2024 availability for WEDDING catering is full! We are still booking other events for this year, however. So keep us in mind for your non-wedding celebrations. Wow! You guys rock!
