The craziest thing happened last night at my part-time job at Target. I'm a cashier there, and a woman and her girlfriends came through my line. I noticed she had a sash on with her dress that said, "looks good on you!", but I couldn't read the first word, because her hair was covering it. After the group of women checked out, they stood next to my register because one woman had purchased some eggs that were broken, and they were waiting for our staff member to bring a new carton. I glanced over and saw that her sash said, "40 looks good on you!". I then thought...could it be?...40th birthday? a group of girlfriends? he said she was coming to the beach with a group of girlfriends to celebrate her 40th birthday???...I'll ask. I approached her and asked, "Is your name Brandie O'Neal?" She and her girlfriends look surprised, and she said, "How do you know my name?" I smiled and said, "I'm Robin Black of Black's Baskets. I made your gift basket that was placed in your room at Aqua from your husband, William!" All the girls let out a scream!!! We were all soooo surprised and shocked at the coincidence! Of all the people on the beach...of all the places on the beach...of all the cashier's working last night...she came through my line! It was a blessing to finally meet a recipient of one of my gift baskets! She showed me a photo on her phone of her opening the basket - She LOVED it with the beautiful, big, pink bow! I'm grateful, and I'm blessed!
