Can I cancel?


If you should change your mind about the party that you've reserved, we will do our best to accommodate any changes (hours, items, etc.) However, we cannot guarantee availability. In the event that you decide to cancel your reservation, we will refund the deposition only if the cancellation has been received with five (5) days from when the reservation was taken. All other cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit. Please remember that we are removing the item from availability when you reserve with us, so please be sure of your selection at the time that you place your reservation.

Can pets enter the tents?

NO, so that we can adequately provide a nice, clean and hygienic experience for all our clients pets are STRICTLY prohibited. In a case a pet has soiled linens a fee may be charged at the customers expense.

Do I Need to Supply Power?

all our lamps, air, and heaters require electricity. We supply the extension cords but will need access to plug ins.

When do you set up and tear down my glamping event?

To ensure you have the maximum amount of memory-making time to enjoy your glamping adventure, your glamping event will be set up no later than 4:00 PM on the day of your choosing. And, to give you ample time to sleep in after a long night of fun, we’ll start the clean-up process no earlier than 11:00 AM on the day your glamping experience is complete. We promise to coordinate and confirm the exact setup and teardown times for your unique needs, so you never have to worry about any unexpected surprises.

Whether you prefer outdoor glamping in your backyard or indoor glamping right in your own home, you can take this one-of-a-kind experience wherever you wish! You name the place, and we’ll bring it all to you! Rest easy as we take care of all the details, including setup, teardown, and all of those special finishing touches that will make your stay unforgettable.
