The Pavilion at Carriage Farm is a stunning venue and the perfect spot for any prom! Christy and I were very encouraged by the students who were in attendance at this prom. They were some of the most respectful-ready-to-have-a-good-time bunch of kids I’ve met in a long time! 🙌 We are grateful to have been able to lead these kids through a great evening of dancing, singing, games, Swing Dance Lessons and more! I guess they had a good time since we have been asked to come back next year. Woohoo (better start planning now) thank you again to Angie Wolfe for connecting us and everyone else for having ACEntertainment as your DJ/Emcee

CONVERSATIONAL AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE
Held live, online through ACEntertainment
Price: $59 per class

Conversational ASL Level 1: Mondays, Feb. 10 to March 10, from 6 to 7 p.m.

Learn essential ASL vocabulary and dig deeply into proper ASL grammar and the vibrancy of the Deaf community. Use ASL to ask and answer questions about your likes, dislikes and feelings, introduce yourself and your background, describe your family by name and age, and engage in basic introductory conversations. Lessons in this course will build on each other in a way that allows students to see immediate progress.

This course is designed for beginners or those seeking to improve their technique or ASL grammar and broaden their vocabulary. Knowledge of ASL may be helpful for those in health-related or educational fields, and may assist with communicating with individuals with autism, speech delays or other intellectual disabilities. You’ll learn from handouts, PowerPoints, group work, deaf individuals in the community and interactive activities.

The instructor is a licensed sign language interpreter, past resident choreographer at Sign Design Theatre Company and vocal interpreter for New York Deaf Theatre. He has taught many language and Deaf culture classes across the states.

How it started...

Aaron started professionally performing and competing when he was seven years old. Since that time he has gained an excellent reputation within the entertainment industry; performing, choreographing, casting and directing around the world. Most recently in Las Vegas Mr Coulson was a Headliner for a major show at the Planet Hollywood Casino. There, he also opened for Britney Spears *PIECE OF ME landing him his first spot light in People Magazine. Amongst other performances and noteworthy notoriety he was awarded the Broadway World Award for his choreography and won a nation wide singing competition which earned him the chance to sing with Mr. Barry Manilow.

In his over 30 years of professional artistry, Mr Coulson’s aptitude comes from his direct experience on; Broadway, Las Vegas, National and International Tours, Headlining, Theme parks and Cruise Lines, Music Videos, Television, Movies and more. He has taught a variety of dance disciplines as a resident teacher, masterclass instructor, choreographer and Ballroom Professional. He has taught performance, breathing technique, pitching/phrasing and Musical Theatre.

The knowledge Aaron brings to our community is sure to not only engage and educate you or your child but train them to become a full time working artist in our current industry.

Aaron has DJ/VDJ a variety of venues from Churches, Weddings, Birthday Parties, Father Daughter dances, High School Proms and many other community events. He would love the opportunity to work with you in making your event personalized and memorable.
