Every once in a while, a customer brings me a recipe and asks if I can execute it for them. Nothing makes me happier than a recipe that turns out so good, it’s going to have to be added to the regular fall menu. Brussel Sprouts and Butternut Squash roasted with olive oil, balsamic, Dijon mustard and maple syrup tossed with bacon, walnuts and feta cheese surrounded by a ball of fresh burrata. Amazing!!!
