Our hearts are broken over this devastating loss - for his wife, daughter, and family, his work colleagues, his friends, and our entire community. Kelsie and Leo were married here in 2019 on a beautiful fall day. Our prayers are that the memories of the good times bring peace and comfort in the difficult days and weeks to come. ❤️
