Full color. Full joy. Katie and Will knew exactly who they were from day one — hot pink, bold red, and a reception that felt like a celebration before anyone even sat down. La Quinta Country Club held all of it perfectly.

The welcome party doesn’t have to be elaborate to be memorable. It just has to feel like you.

Katie and Will wanted casual barbecue, a hat bar, and a real conversation with every single person who flew in for their weekend. That was the whole brief.

So we built the night around exactly that — good food, custom hats, good drinks, and a room at the Tack Room Tavern that gave them space to actually be with their people.

Pretty sure they talked to every single guest. We’re certain everyone left happy.

A hall of mirrors to welcome you to our celebration in red. ❤️‍🔥

We designed Amanda and Nate’s Mirabella Estate reception as a study in contrast—sculptural crimson structures framed the lawn, layered fringe chandeliers floated overhead, and mirrored details doubled every reflection. Bold geometry softened by lush florals, saturated color shifting from golden hour glow to after-dark magic.

Custom details at cocktail hour told the story before dinner even began—personalized golf balls, branded koozies, and custom hats made it clear that this was Parker and Greg’s celebration, designed to feel like theirs from the first sip 🍸

Taylor and Ben’s ceremony at the iconic Merv Griffin Estate was rooted in classic Palm Springs style while full of unexpected charm.

We built a custom lattice backdrop to frame the bride and groom’s vows and had miniature steers and a herd of Clydesdale horses greeting guests upon arrival.
