Having fun decorating my Spanish Paella for a contest. It contains chicken, chorizo sausage, and extra large shrimp. Decorated with mussels, beautiful green peas, and to top it off a lemon for a splash of color.

I was excited and honored to be asked to cook and travel back to my previous residence town Pasadena, for a Mediterranean Vibe” meal for Mr and Mrs Reilly. It was a hit and they were all very happy. Good times.
