🌷A Little Secret at ART among the FLOWERS 🌷. These sweet girls discovered one of our favorite hidden traditions! 💕

If you're relaxing or having lunch at one of our picnic tables behind our flower shop and we happen to spot you, don't be surprised if we sneak out with a free bouquet of flowers in a special mug just to brighten your day.

We love creating little moments of joy and unexpected smiles for our community. Today, these lovely young ladies were the lucky recipients!

Our May floral design class was a blooming success! Participants gathered for an evening of creativity, laughter and hands-on floral fun as they designed their own beautiful spring-inspired arrangements. Using a colorful selection of fresh seasonal flowers, guests learned basic floral design techniques, tips for flower care and the art of creating balance, texture and visual interest in an arrangement.

🌷Community Spotlight: Thank You, Theresa Cirelli! 🌷 Today we'd like to recognize Theresa Cirelli for her generous $100 contribution to our kids Summer Camp Program at ART among the FLOWERS!

Theresa's Kindness helps us continue creating fun hands-on experiences where children can explore art, flowers, creativity and nature in a welcoming environment. We're incredibly grateful for community members like Theresa who invest in the next generation.

Our Saturday summer camps are filling up, and we're excited to announce that throughout June and July, ART among the FLOWERS will be sponsoring two children FREE each week to attend camp.

🇺🇸 🌺 Our Midweek Memorial Trivia Challenge Winner! 🌺🇺🇸 Thank you to everyone who joined in on our Memorial Day trivia fun this week! The correct answer was the beautiful red poppy – timeless symbol of remembrance and honor for fallen soldiers.

The red poppy became famous through the moving World War I poem "In Flanders Fields" written in 1915 by John McCrae. One of the most remembered lines reads:

"In Flanders fields the poppies blow between crosses, row on row ..."

The poem reminds us to never forget the brave men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. 🇺🇸
