A love letter to the city that changed my life. See you again soon. The countdown is on and my heart is giddy yet fully steadfast. It’s curious how peace finds you in the dichotomy of life. As an artist — and I don’t just mean by the act of painting or designing or creating; but in living — I put my entire soul into everything I do, everyone I meet and everywhere I am. Little bits of my heart scattered everywhere; throughout my past, my present and future. But it’s also interesting because in being an artist — the way you show up in this life, how you create, how you love, how you view the world — your body of work is a window to your inner being. And sometimes it’s terrifying to be seen, or known, but at the end of the day, when you have passion and love dripping out of you, there comes a time when you can no longer contain it. So, let this be your reminder — let your art pour out of you. Be so wildly bold that your voice, your heart, your way of seeing the world cannot ever be contained. You deserve to be known. You are unique and special. Your work and your heart matter. And the world needs more of that. Authenticity. Passion. Purpose. Art. Love.
Your destiny will meet you at your level of audacity. Now go live.
I love you all.
And Paris — I’ll see you soon. ‧₊˚⊹
