The highly creative and talented Jill Winters has made dreams come true for people in the live entertainment industry for more than 3 decades. For the past 25 years, she served as Executive Director and VP of Creative for Cirque Dreams/Cirque Du Soleil, hiring all of the entertainment, working with well-known recording artists and Broadway superstars, partnering with companies like Norwegian Cruise Lines and Ga***rd Hotels, and composing 10 full scores for Cirque Dreams. An extraordinary performer in her own right, Jill created the role of Mother Nature which she performed in Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy at the Broadway Theatre in 2008. Broward County, Florida thought so highly of Jill’s talents and skills that they hired her to be producer, artistic and musical director of the “We” show, a Broadway-style extravaganza celebrating the 100th anniversary of the county. The show Jill helped to create and produce featured 100 brilliantly talented South Florida musicians, dancers, poets, choirs, athletes and creative variety acts illustrating the county’s culture, talent and diversity with awe-inspiring performances, spectacular theatrics and stunning visuals. The early part of Jill’s career landed her in the music industry, where she released an LP on Blackheart Records and Universal and eventually owned her own record label, after which she began producing fashion shows and charity functions around the country. As a creative executive, Jill has produced and directed every kind of live event, for casinos, arenas, theaters and cruise ships, outdoor tents and large festivals. Jill has been invited to represent the USA in many well-known circus festivals around the world and also traveled to source new, exciting and interesting talent to bring back to the US market. She has produced conferences and corporate events for some of the country’s largest and most prestigious corporations and brands such as Coca-Cola and Cadillac, to name just a few. Jill is a true visionary who can take an idea, word or a small thought, and turn it into your dream.
