Meet Daniel, the creative force behind Daniel Thompson Bridals

With a passion for timeless elegance and craftsmanship, Daniel Thompson began his journey in fashion after graduating from the prestigious Traphagen School of Fashion. His career took off in 1975 at Priscilla of Boston, followed by years of designing in New York City and Pennsylvania.

Eventually, Daniel brought his artistry to St. Augustine, where he opened Daniel Thompson Bridals, a by-appointment-only salon specializing in custom bridal gowns, mother-of-the-bride dresses, and formal gowns. Today, his studio continues that legacy at its current location: 320 St. Johns Avenue, Palatka, Florida.

For over two decades, Daniel has built his own fashion brand known for its classic sophistication, luxurious fabrics like satin, silk, and Alençon lace, and an unwavering dedication to making every client feel extraordinary. His designs have graced the racks of the world-famous Kleinfeld Bridal in New York City.

Beyond creating new gowns, Daniel offers specialty services such as transforming cherished heirloom dresses into breathtaking modern designs, turning generations of love into something beautifully new.
