Huge thanks to everyone who placed orders!! Your business is greatly appreciated! Outside of delivery for those orders, we are booked for for private boils for the weekend.
We will have maybe one or two more boils for this crawfish season. However, our other offerings are still available for catering and events! Gumbo and etouffee will be available hot and fresh for on-site catered gigs, and also frozen for those who would like to pick up a quart or gallon.

(Update..view our post in the comments) "Basin"(wild) crawfish are now being sourced.I have a major distributor in Louisiana who's ready to run 'em out to us through August. Great prices on large mixed! Trucks don't move for small loads though, so we have to show 'em how much we "Want Dat", CenTex! ...For crawfish season that is! Only a few more weeks guys. Peak season is ending and crawfish will be scarce and higher priced as most farms are shutting down production. So, get 'em now! Anyone Kravin' Krawfish for the weekend must place your orders before 12 noon Friday. Larger orders may only reserve with a deposit. Don't forget, we also cater any size event or private gathering! Thank you guys so much for the support this year! Bigger things to come as we grow!!
