We are dropping off our little bug at Summer Camp at Camp Victory in Alabama for the week. This is where I went to camp as a kid, and she has been going here for several years of her childhood as well. It is so awesome to be able to see her experience the same great times that I had here at Camp Victory! Yall wish her luck and a good time!!!!!

‼️Y’all… We’re back in full swing this week‼️

After a much-needed break and some vacation time, 850 Barbecue is back at it, slingin’ meat and changing lives 🔥 Let’s break it down…

📍THURSDAY (LUNCH) — we’re back at Sacred Heart Hospital from 10a–2p for the first time in what feels like forever. Come see us, grab your favorites, and let’s make up for lost time!

📍THURSDAY (DINNER) — for the first time ever, we’re setting up for DINNER SERVICE at “The Usual Spot” in Milton (7060 Hwy 90) from 4p–7p! If you’re headed home from work and don’t feel like cooking, swing in and grab dinner for the whole family. Plates, bowls, banana pudding, and plenty of cold drinks—done.

📍SATURDAY (LUNCH) — we’re back at The Usual Spot for our normal weekend setup from 10a–2p. This menu is absolutely STACKED and always 🔥🔥🔥 But you know how it goes… in the words of :
“SHOW UP LATE, LOSE WEIGHT.”

We’ve got all the hits this week, from brisket to ribs, Key Lime Pork Belly Burnt Ends, and Mac Attack Bowls to the return of the Texas Tw***ie on Saturday 🤯

Let’s run it UP this week. We’ve missed y’all. Time to make some noise and EAT GOOD.

So question for everyone this evening. We have 3 setups this week, Thursday at Sacred Heart and Milton in the evening, then Milton again Saturday for Lunch. Question is this, if we bring out our Scratch Made Banana Pudding, who is coming to get it?!?!?!? So many people rave about it, and then don’t get it when we offer it. So, if we bring it, we need y’all to show up and get it. We sold out of it last night! So what say all of you?!?!?!? Bring it or Nah?!?!? Let us know in the comments below!!!!!

Gary’s, y’all were not playing tonight! We love it when we aren’t even open yet and we have 30 people standing in line waiting for us to open! That was straight WILD!!!! We held a line for the first hour and a half, and stayed steady after that. It’s 8:15 and we are getting our first break! Yall are amazing!! Thank you for loving us so much that you come from all over to get this barbecue! We over doubled what we normally bring with us, and we are still almost sold out!!!

My wife decided to take the 850 Brisket Burger one step further…. She got up and after it today and decided to go get BACON for y’all to add to your burgers tonight! So a little update about the Big Smokers…..

Whitfield Welding LLC is coming right along with our smokers that we have been slowly plugging away on as we can afford it. They are going to be a game changer for us, and we cannot wait!!! Fireboxes are the next step, both boxes (yes they are round and not square like one would think a “box” would be) are installed, next step is to insulate them, and build the outer box, that will actually be square! Lol! Then a few more smaller items to complete and it will be mostly ready for the next steps of sand blasting, sanding, and painting!! We are SO excited and cannot wait to see them finally finished!!!!!

Gary’s Brewery is a beautiful venue, and the people are awesome, and the vibe is always electric! Tonight is “Breakdancing and BBQ”, and we will be throwing down for sure! We sent you an email inviting you out, hopefully you can make it since I’ve seen you have been so close by, I would have regretted not inviting you. We use our trim from our Prime Briskets, run it through our grinder twice for a perfect burger blend consistency, hand form every burger, and season it with our Brisket Rub. Then it is smoked to perfection before being served to you. These burgers are a product of love and passion, not something thrown together to make a sale. This is a bite of our hearts.
