THURSDAY – Ascension Sacred Heart (10a–2p)
Lunch plans? Solved. Brisket, ribs, turkey, Mac Attack Bowls, and that new Street Corn you’re all talking about.

SUNDAY – The Farm / Fbf of Pensacola Inc (10a–2p)
Come out and enjoy a peaceful Sunday with the full 850 Barbecue experience — meats, sides, sweet tea, and that good-good brisket love.

It’s a DOUBLE HEADER Saturday with 850 Barbecue!!

We’re kicking off the day at Santa Rosa County Animal Services from 10a–2p, servin’ up that legendary Mac Attack Bowl, slow-smoked meats, and those sides you know and love! It’s the perfect way to grab lunch, support a great cause, and start your weekend the right way — with faith, flavor, and favor.

Then tonight… we’re rollin’ out to Yellow River Ranch from 5p–8p for an evening setup under the pines! We had to shift this one from yesterday due to the rain, but now it’s goin’ DOWN — brisket, ribs, pulled pork, Mac Attack Bowls, and of course our new show-stoppers:
Blackberry Lemongrass & Lemongrass Lemonade — officially debuting full-time!

Two events. One day. One mission: It’ll Change Ya Life!

Alright so, schedule update…. It’s raining it’s pouring and it’s gonna get worse. So, 850 Barbecue is rescheduling tonight’s setup for tomorrow night! Yellow River Ranch will be tomorrow, Saturday the 10th from 5p-8p! So be sure to come see us tomorrow, and stay dry tonight! See y’all then!!!!

THANK YOU, Plant-a-Palooza!!
Y’all showed out in a big way today — it was absolutely insane (in the best way)! We met so many amazing people, filled a ton of bellies, and the energy was nothing short of electric.

There was barbecue. There were plants. There was joy. And the honeysuckle in the air made it all feel magical.

And guess what?
We’re not done yet. We decided to stick around for the nighttime fun! The rain is almost gone, so if you’re getting hungry — come find us and grab some grub!

Today’s the day — Plant-A-Palooza at Gary's Brewery & Biergarten! We’ll be set up from 12p–5p, rain or shine (and it looks like the rain will clear just in time)! Come explore one of the biggest plant sales around, enjoy the beautiful setting (seriously, the honeysuckle smells AMAZING), and grab some barbecue that’ll change ya life!

We’ve got a stacked menu, fresh sides, and our brand-new lemonades — Blackberry Lemongrass and Lemongrass Lemonade. Don’t miss it!

Plant-A-Palooza Spring 2024 is on!!!....RAIN OR SHINE!! We are pushing the start time to 12 pm. Please do not show up early. We would love to see all of your happy, smiling faces early, but the vendors and food trucks will be busy with setup. We plan to have the event end at the regular time (5pm), but we are sure a few will stay for some extra plant time ❤️
