Just the Place -Just the Place Events Venue- Thoughtfully Priced. Intentionally Different. Located at the top of Lake Perry in Ozawkie, Kansas.

Featuring a 3,000 sqft historic barn that sits on a gorgeous open prairie!
-Contact Below- Nestled above the Delaware River Valley, Just the Place is a wedding and events venue built around a beautifully restored red barn dating back to the late 1800s. With expansive prairie views, a cozy bridal loft cottage, a groom’s room, plentiful parking, and in-house catering, the venue blends rustic charm with modern convenience. Justin and Erin proudly reopened Just the Place under new ownership in May 2024 and look forward to creating seamless, unforgettable celebrations in a setting rich with history and natural beauty.
