This is what we are thinking: barn and house Friday at noon through Sunday at noon. The barn is an open-concept venue with 2 restrooms, a dressing room, an outdoor courtyard with string lights, any available decor, tables and chairs for 200, no requirements for food or alcohol (no glass bottles), outdoor ceremony sites or indoor if raining, a large parking area, and door drop-off if needed. The house is a 4-bedroom fully complete home that currently sleeps 8 with 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a dining room, 2 decks, a large kitchen, a spacious master suite, large bay windows, and views of Lake Perry. It is 40 minutes from Lawrence or Topeka. The investment would be $8,000. We have lots of reviews from past couples, but this time around, we are offering the house as well. Would you be interested?

I don’t know if this is true, but I do know that it doesn’t really feel like a barn if it isn’t red. Fun fact: the shade of red on our barn is “cherry soda.”
