There are lots of days that I doubt myself in my capabilities and what I can do. I took on two major big jobs today. without the help of my staff, I don’t know if I could have done it. I have truly trained up some wonderful girls they really are doing a phenomenal job. First job taco bar second job Graze table with heavy hors d’oeuvres. I can’t believe I pulled it off might’ve taken me 24 hours to make everything and prep everything and cook, but I did it and my staff help me. I am so blessed blessed with great customers and staff and blessings that the Lord gave me to cook wonderful food and to create art with it. thank you, Abby, Edie, Bella, and Hadley for helping make today so successful. It really took a team to get this one done.
