Don’t you wish like me when you went to school your cafeteria looked like this!!!!
International foods week, today was a taste of India , I made chicken tikka masala, steamed basmati rice and veg. Everyday we always have fresh made sandwiches, grab and go and fully stocked salad bar, and not to mention fresh hand tossed pizza, and pasta with homemade sauce everyday!!!

THIS MADE ME LAUGH.
From what I have seen, school lunches have not gotten much better.
The schools serviced by Preferred Catering had homemade spaghetti and meatballs, mozzarella sticks, homemade pizza, sautéed broccoli and fresh baked Chocolate chip cookies today !!!!!
Delicious !

Two weeks and counting !
Good Evening everyone. Gina and I wanted you all to know how excited we are to get back into our kitchens and prepare the food your kids love!!!
Covid 19 has caused us to make some changes but that’s ok, the meals your kids enjoy will be there to welcome them back.
Within the next couple of days you will be receiving letters to enroll your child in our cashless payment service , which you can control online. Please load their account with funds as this is the recommended contactless method of payment. However Jean and Barbara will be in each cafeteria accepting cash also.
