Part two:
Pour oil into deep fryer or a sauce pan to deep fry. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Drop empandas in for 6-8 minutes or til golden brown. Allow the empanadas to drain snd serve to eat and enjoy!!!

Part 1: In a pan sauté olive oil, garlic and sofrito. Add onions and ground beef. Season ground beef with salt pepper garlic powder onion powdee, and sazon.

Continue to stir and season some more ensuring all the meat has been season. After add 1 can of goya tomato saucw and Goya jar Sofrito and allow to simmer.

After ground beef is done cool down before adding to the empanda shells. Place a spoonful of beef in center of shell, fold and press fork on the edges to seal

Allow the empandas freeze before frying to prevent from opening. 🍴
