I THINK I HAVE CRACKED THE CODE TO GETTING A GOOD NIGHTS REST DURING PERIMENOPAUSE!!!

I wanted to share this on this page, just because so many of my clients are women going through a certain phase in life & I thought this could help.

My routine may not help everyone, but it has helped me tremendously, so this is my disclaimer, and it’s really worth considering.

1.) Avoid caffeine - I have been drinking tea with zero caffeine.

Mostly, the teas I consume are hibiscus & hibiscus blends that contain citrus and/or ginger.

I’ve made my very own Wellness Tea Blends thru Masarap Lumpia.

If you are interested, please let me know. My tea blends & ginger syrups cost $10 - $15.

2.) Avoiding alcohol - it’s a big PM trigger.

3.) Avoiding refined sugar… I use dates, honey or agave to sweeten food, drinks & desserts.

4.) Drink plenty of water - 1/2 the amount of ounces of your body weight. So if you weight 100 lbs, drink 50 oz of water.

5.) Eating nuts/seeds that are high in magnesium. On a day-to-day basis, most people are not consuming enough magnesium to help support sleep. 

6.) THC/CBD Gummy by no later than 8 PM.

7.) Magnesium Butter/Balm rubbed on my back, arms & shoulders.

This routine guarantees me at least 6 hours of sleep. On good nights 8 + hours!!!

Btw, this Magnesium Body Balm is one of my first products I’m rolling out from my new business, Palm & Spirit.

I created this for my personal night time routine.

I find having a solid night time ritual has helped in ways I can’t even express.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN PROUDER TO BE A CALIFORNIAN THAN I AM TODAY!!!

I LOVE MY BEAUTIFUL STATE!

My Family has a long history here & that legacy of working in food starts with the Farming Communities in California.

We have the Pacific Ocean on one side & mountains in another, we have lush & fertile farm lands, diverse fauna, flora, industries & culture.

There is no place like it & we have the top 5th largest economy in the World, aside from the USA, & the combination of that is so irresistible that even the staunchest of people have a hard time leaving.

I’m so proud to be a Californian & because of California, maybe I can become proud of the United States again & not AMERIKKKA as it is.

As a business owner, it’s become harder to grow a business when tariffs made rising costs rise more. And because I am a thoughtful & caring citizen of the World, decisions I make are not just based on where I’m physically located, I have a global mindset.

I’m THRILLED everyone showed up & voted yesterday, but our work is not done. I hope you consider that when you vote again in the next elections.

As a person that loves & is interested in World history, consider how certain choices in the past have turned out & how they will turn out again if you never learned the first lesson.

Please know that the struggles we have, we can take on together & eliminate certain issues when we think clearly about who can create a solution to those problems, while also voting-in, those that do not create more problems for us.

Today is the day of the
IMMIGRANT DEFENSE
BAKE SALE, so I went to drop my 12 dozen desserts for the event.

Jess was so busy, too busy to explain what the bake sale was for this amazing couple, so she asked if I would sit down & explain it to them.

I WAS HAPPY TO ASSIST.

I saw that they were patiently waiting w/a glass of wine.

Their daughter, who is vegan encouraged them to support this bake sale since they are both vegan, & at least 3 of the bakers at this event, baked vegan goods.

We got to talking. Beth shared she was a local, public teacher for over 20 years & Tim who previously worked for Homeland Security.

HE DOES NOT APPROVE OF ICE RN.

Once I explained to them that we were raising funds to donate to , a non-profit located in Southern California, that is assisting in deportation defense for those that need their services, they were totally on board! And happy to support the cause.

I LOVE this beautiful community in Ventura County, SOOO MUCH! I’m not only grateful to people like Beth & Tim, I’m so proud of how our community, but namely these small businesses got together.

We may not be part of the legislation, but we aren’t going to let that stop us fr. working to support the most vulnerable part of our community. This is the very definition of community! Getting together to help one another in times of need.

It’s almost 8 pm, so I’m expecting that in a few minutes I’m going to see a post fr either or or one of the 20+ bakers that contributed that we are sold out & broke our record for the past fundraising bake sale.

I’m so proud of our community that shared our posts, the small businesses that participated & the community that came to buy up all these yummy goodies!

Thank you to all the local influencers that came to share with their audiences what we are doing! And special thank you to. Buddy’s Wine Bar, Jess & to all the volunteers!

This wouldn’t happen without you!!!
