What if it rains 🌧️

don’t worry, it’s not our first rodeo and it won’t be our last just because the weather is unpredictable doesn’t mean you’re event has to be.

this baby shower was booked months in advance had no idea it was gonna rain then the week before rain was in the forecast. She called and asked if it was gonna be OK and we let her know that we haven’t had any issues before and we don’t plan on it now. Needless to say they had an amazing baby shower despite the rain.

If you ask us to set up a tent in unsafe wind conditions, the answer will be no. We’ll send you this video so you can see exactly why we take high winds so seriously.

Your safety and the safety of your guests will always come first!

We constantly monitor weather conditions leading up to your event. On Monday morning of your event week, we’ll review the forecast and notify you of any necessary changes.

💨 Winds over 25 mph: We may need to switch to a naked draping setup, meaning no plastic tent top.

💨 Winds over 35 mph: Tent setups are unsafe, and chances are your guests won’t want to be outside in those conditions anyway.

Remember, tents are temporary structures, not permanent buildings. While we can’t control Mother Nature, we’ll do everything within our power to help your event go on as planned.

We’d rather disappoint you with a safety decision than put you or your guests at risk.
