What a way to kick off the Dear Whitney Dinner Series. ✨

This past weekend was everything we had hoped for & more. Two beautiful evenings filled with incredible food, perfect summer weather and the kind of conversations that remind us why we wanted to create this experience in the first place.

Seeing guests travel from near and far to gather around the table was something truly special. Whether you came with family, friends, or met new faces along the way, thank you for being part of our very first dinners.

A heartfelt thank you to James Gop | Chef & Founder and the entire Heirloom Fire team. Your talent, creativity, and passion made these nights unforgettable, and we couldn’t have imagined a better way to begin this journey.

To our friends, family, vendor partners, and every guest who believed in this idea from the start, thank you. You helped create something that felt magical.

This is only the beginning. Every Dear Whitney dinner will have its own story, its own menu, its own atmosphere, and its own unique experience. We can’t wait to welcome more incredible chefs, celebrate the seasons, and continue gathering around the table with all of you.

Known for their live-fire cooking experiences, Heirloom Fire creates meals that are rooted in seasonality, storytelling, & gathering around the table. This isn’t just dinner, it’s an experience.

Start with cocktails & beverages in our new garden by , passed bites, and an incredible grazing charcuterie display. Then gather around the table during golden hour for a thoughtfully curated dinner featuring a seasonal plated salad, then dinner on massive family-style boards filled sides, meats, then a finale with a sweet dessert to finish the evening.
